Identity rebrand for Glastonbury Festival, the world’s largest greenfield festival. Designed the wordmark system for posters and applications of tote bags, pin buttons, and a wordmark motion.Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, InDesign
Brand Strategy
Festivals are inherently experiential, and what makes them special can’t be fully captured through images or descriptions. Glastonbury Festival, in particular, is known for transporting attendees into a world that feels entirely its own. The goal of this rebrand was to explore how that sense of transformation, wonder, and emotional connection could be expressed through design. By focusing on magic, spontaneity, and collective energy, the project aims to build a brand that feels as immersive and alive as the festival itself.
Logo
The Glastonbury Festival logomark features a circular wisp and a sparkle, forming the shape of a “G.” Inspired by the festival’s magical energy, it embodies the spirit of wonder and discovery. Logo in motion transforms the logomark into the Somerset Dragon, the brand mascot, symbolizes the transformative, mythical spirit of the festival.
